I – Privacy Policy, Use of Cookies and Processing of Personal DataThe personal data of customers will be used and processed by Dume under the terms and conditions set out in the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies on the Dume website is also regulated in the Privacy Policy.
II – Delivery Terms and Conditions
The delivery of the order is made to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order. For mainland Portugal it includes the assembly service with the delivery. Delivery is considered complete when the customer signs the delivery note.
Dume products are delivered within around 90 working days.
III – SubjectThe present document regulates the general terms and conditions of use of the Dume online shop.
IV – Use of the Online Shop
Use of the Online Shop implies full and unreserved acceptance by the customer of the General Conditions, as well as the Dume privacy policy, which are in force at any given time.
All information provided by the customer must be true and complete, and the customer is responsible for updating such information whenever it changes. The customer shall also be liable for any false, incomplete or inaccurate information or statements provided by him/her and for any damages caused to Dume and/or third parties as a result thereof.
If the customer violates the General Conditions, Dume may, in addition to any other legal action, terminate the customer’s access to or use of the Online Store.
V – Selection of Products to Purchase
The photographs in the Online Store are merely illustrative or exemplifying, not exempting a reading of their characteristics and technical specifications that are described.
In case of doubt, the customer can always contact Dume through the email address supdume@gmail.com. The prices in the Online Store are always indicated in Euros and include VAT at the legal rate in force.
All promotional campaigns have a limited and exclusive stock for online marketing. The partnerships established by Dume do not apply to the online shop, only to physical shops.
VI – Intellectual and Industrial Property
The texts, works, illustrations, images and works reproduced or represented in the Online Store are protected by their respective copyrights, under the terms provided in applicable law. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, of the Online Shop is strictly prohibited.
The corporate names, trademarks and any distinctive signs reproduced in the Online Shop are also protected under applicable law. The reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, of these distinctive signs is strictly prohibited.
VII – Applicable Law and JurisdictionThese General Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. For any conflict arising from or related to these General Conditions, the Portuguese courts will always be competent. The customer may also obtain information about his or her rights from the competent entities for alternative resolution of consumer disputes, available at https://www.consumidor.gov.pt. Dume hereby warns that it is not a policy to adhere to the arbitrations made possible by those entities, verifying, on a case by case basis, the best alternative for the resolution of the dispute in question, always taking into account the best interest and rights of its customers.
